This is a sectioned vehicle (without a turret) used for training by the Driving and Maintenance School (presumably at Bovington Camp). It arrived at Bovington Tank Museum on 21 April 2005 and was then transferred to RMCS, Shrivenham on 19 July 2005. (Source: Bovington Vehicle Record).
It is an instructional vehicle with the fighting, engine and transmission compartments cutaway to display the interior and with key components highlighted in different colours.
