Auto und Technik Museum

The Auto + Technik Museum at Sinsheim, near Heidelberg, has an impressive display of exhibits spread over more than 20,000 square metres. It presents hundreds of historic original vehicles and components to demonstrate the development of technology on land and sea and in the air. Alongside a great many veteran cars, representing every important European and American model, there are racing and sports cars, world land speed record holders, steam rollers, locomotives, steam tractors, farm tractors, fire engines, aircraft, a submarine, motorcycles, numerous wheeled and tracked military vehicles, and examples of every type of combustion engine. The museum also has a cafeteria and a souvenir shop.
