Text in original Preserved Tanks In Brazil publication:
This M4 retired from 1RCC. It is claimed to be Brazil’s oldest Sherman, arriving in Brazil on 23 October 1945; in recognition of this it was painted silver in 1969. It was restored to running order, with its original engine, in 2009. (Source: YouTube).
