It is marked with the number “626” and has had its muzzle-brake removed. It has been painted in a camouflage scheme to represent a Hetzer of 26 Volks-Grenadier Division, of 5 Panzer-Armee, which took part in the Battle of the Bulge. This unit was initially equipped with fourteen Hetzers, and played a major role in the siege of Bastogne.
