It extends to 25 hectares of mostly forest and wilderness and was purchased by the Kęszyccy brothers to house their Muzeum Zabytków Techniki Wojskowej. As well as housing vehicles and other military equipment, it is used as the site for hosting the biennial ‘Old Timer Militaris’ military vehicle enthusiast event.
