This Sherman is on display outside the Musée Memorial D’Omaha Beach at Saint-Laurent-sur-Mer, near Vierville-sur-Mer. The museum was founded in memory of the men who landed on the nearby Omaha Beach. It showcases an interesting collection of uniforms, weapons, personal objects, vehicles, maps and dioramas. As well as the Sherman, the museum collection includes an M29 Weasel cargo carrier.
