Serial Number: 2922A: “2922A” stamped into left upper and lower engine deck sides, another number is stamped into left upper and lower engine deck sides but crossed out and not legible.
764 (hull): “SER 764 HT7200” cast into lower rear hull.

This M60A3 is in running order. It arrived at the museum in the early 1990s. It has a plaque fixed below the engine doors that reads: “CHRYSLER CORPORATION DEFENSE OPERATIONS DIVISION DETROIT, MICHIGAN” and indicates the location where it was built.
It took part in a ‘flashback’ movie scene with Rob Lowe, probably part of ‘Stir of Echoes 2: The Homecoming’, that was filmed on location at Uxbridge, Ontario, in about 2006 (source: Cat Tales, December 2006).
