This Sherman is embedded in a concrete base beside the main road leading up the hill west from the Dignano Bridge. It is missing its engine, running gear, main gun and other equipment, and its mantlet appears to have been modified to mount a machine-gun as main armament. It was surrounded by a wooden structure but this has been replaced in recent years by sheet metal.
